I Tool Holder SensorThe motor spindle is equipped with sensors to check the tool holder position. Three sensors (Tool-Out (TO) / Tool-In (TI) / No-Tool (NT)) ensure a save automatic tool change. For selected motor spindles there is also an additional Piston-In (PI) sensor available. Option "I3" ensure a save speed start after ATC. Note the drawing for details. R Hydraulic preload for higher axial stiffnessOption "R" enables a flexible hydraulic preload of the spindle shaft while running the process. This allows high force in the process if needed, but spindle maximum speed when it’s possible. V Encoder for Vector Control and Shaft PositioningThe integrated rotary pulse generator "V" achieves full torque even on low speed. With "V" you can stop the spindle shaft orientated.
